Mandatory Third-Party Liability Insurance has entered into power in Ukraine 1 January 2005.
Insurance is obligatory for motor-cars, buses, self-propelled vehicles constructed on chassis of motor cars, motor-cycles of any type, brand and model, trailers, semi-trailers, and motor-cycle side cars.
This obligation has to be fulfilled by owners of both domestic and foreign vehicles.
