Limits of liability

The Law of Ukraine on MTPL insurance determines obligatory limits of liability insurance:
- for the damages caused to the health of the victims – 51 000 UAH (approx. 8 500 EUR) per victim, without limitation as per accident;
- for the damages caused to the property – 25 500 UAH (approx. 4 250 EUR) per victim, if more than 5 victims per accident—127 500 UAH (21 250 EUR) for all victims.

On individual conditions insurer can determine other limits but not less than specified by The Law.
