Structure of MTIBU

The management bodies of MTIBU   
- General Meeting of the Members of MTIBU (the top body of MTIBU and consists of all members of MTIBU);
- General Meeting of the Full Members of MTIBU (consists of all full members of MTIBU and deals with issues that concern activities of MTIBU as the member of the international vehicle insurance system “Green Card”
- Presidium (consists of 7 representatives of insurers members of MTIBU and President of MTIBU, deals with any issue that concerns activities of MTIBU, except those belonging to the competence of General Meeting of the Members, General Meeting of the Full Members, Coordination Council and Direction);
- Executive Board (consists of Director General, 2 Deputies that deal with issues of internal insurance and international insurance. Direction manages the work of the Bureau, and reports to the General Meeting of the Members, General Meeting of the Full Members and Presidium)

Structure of Executive Board of the MTIBU:

1. President’s Secretariat;
2. Internal Insurance Department;
3. International Insurance Department;
4. Informational Technologies Department;
5. Legal Department;
6. Financial Department;
7. Secretariat.

Supervising and controlling bodies of MTIBU
Coordination Council of MTIBU supervises and controls activities of MTIBU.
Consists of:
- three representatives from Verhovna Rada (Parliament of Ukraine);
- one representative from State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine;
- one representative from the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine;
- four representatives from the insurers-members of MTIBU.

Auditing Commission supervises and controls financial and economical activities of MTIBU. Composes of 5 representatives of insurers members of MTIBU.
Analysis of MTIBU’s legal observance is conducted by State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets in Ukraine - a special authorized body of executive power in the sphere of regulation of financial services markets.
